Multi-branch karaoke management system with online room booking, automatic payment, sales management, staff/HR management with time-keeping (attendance), and direct room on/off control from the admin panel (IoT integration).
My role
Led requirements analysis across multiple branches, scoped the booking/POS, staff/HR & attendance, and IoT modules, planned the roadmap, and coordinated developers and hardware/IoT integration. Managed timelines and client sign-off.
