Overview
Online check-in system for multiple hotels, with automatic payment and OCR scanning for automatic data extraction (e.g. ID/passport), plus a live customer-care chat with AI-assisted responses working alongside human staff.
My role
Owned the project end to end — gathered requirements from hotel partners, defined the check-in and payment flows, coordinated the development team, and managed third-party integrations (payment gateway, OCR, AI). I also built the frontend with React, Vite and shadcn/ui, working AI-assisted (Claude) to deliver faster while owning the architecture and final code. Ran demos and acceptance with clients.
